Interstate 29 remains closed from County Road 20 (Exit 69) to ND Highway 200A (Exit 100) until further notice due to water over the roadway. All travelers should plan on using detours today and over the next few days until official notice of changes in road conditions are announced. The Red River water level has peaked in the Fargo area, but is expected to remain high over the next several days. Fluctuating water levels make it difficult to predict when and where water will go over the roadway or recede and it may occur without prior notice. Motorists should drive with caution as flooding continues to affect area highways and should check road conditions before traveling due to rapidly changing conditions. For road information, call 511 from any type of phone or go to the website: http://www.dot.nd.gov.
