Army Corps of Engineers Awards Contract to Quam Construction to Build Dikes

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, initiated flood fight emergency measures in Minnesota and North Dakota this past weekend.
The Corps awarded a contract on March 14 to a contractor to build emergency levees in Lisbon, ND, located in Ransom County on the Sheyenne River, with the work to start on March 15.
